Top House Dem James Clyburn: A Giant Victory Mosque at Ground Zero is Just Like a “Liquor or Grocery Store,” Let’s Leave it up to “Community Standards”…

Wow, is this guy dense or what? If he can't differentiate between defiling sacred ground with the mundane act of granting a liquor license then he shouldn't be allowed to leave the house without a competent chaperone to make sure he doesn't accidentally walk into oncoming traffic…

(CNSNews.com) – Representative James Clyburn (D-S.C.) said on Monday  at the U.S. Capitol that President Barack Obama publicly expressing support for the construction of a mosque near Ground Zero in New York City was "a presidential act worth exercising." He also said the president "made clear" that  the existence of the mosque should be left up to "community standards."

"When it comes to where and how any structure, any sanctuary should be built, we have what we call in this country community standards and community standards ought to be left up to the communities so the decision on permitting for any building; be it a mosque or a church — whatever — be it a place of worship or be it a grocery store or a liquor store, those things are left up to community standards and I think in this instance that's what the President has made clear."
